I can honestly say I wouldn’t have gone back to any other gym or trainer
I tentatively walked into Peak Performance in August 2017 after a I had a bad fall down the stairs that forced me to take time off work. I was extremely unfit and if I am honest, probably suffering from postnatal depression. From day one I found him to be very approachable and somehow he managed to get me to commit to coming in 3 times per week.
I can honestly say I wouldn’t have gone to any other gym or trainer. I continue to abuse Jared and he continues to torture me but I honestly can’t thank him enough for putting up with me over the past year and a half. Roll on 2019 and to Bobby, Jared, Vinny and Chris keep doing what you do so well. Jared here’s too many more sweaty eyeball sessions, creaky hinges and Vietnam moments. (Finally for everyone’s information the nearest defibrillator is in Hegarty’s.)
