Jared has always put my health and well-being as the top priority
I started personal training with Jared a year ago and the very first thing that surprised me was that he sat down with me and made out a meal plan with me choosing the foods and him teaching me the reasons and not just telling me to eat a certain food at a certain time.
Within the gym, he showed me what to do and it was very clear that he wasn’t just about “reps and sets”. I was gaining knowledge that has given me the ability to go into a gym and confidently workout by myself. I’ve learnt that it’s about controlling and feeling the muscle you are working and not just about the weight your lifting. Personal training with Jared has been a lot more than losing weight and getting strong, he has always put my health and well-being as the top priority. He has taken my work life, social life and general life commitments into consideration when making out food plans and training plans.
