Thursday 6:00–7:00pm | Friday 7:00–8:00am
Full-facility circuit training rotating through every piece of kit in the space.
- Wall balls, slam balls, kettlebells, sandbags, plyo boxes, suspension trainers, and rack work
- Scales to any fitness level so nobody gets left behind
- Builds work capacity and metabolic conditioning in one session
- Evening and morning slots across two days for flexibility
