Bobby believes in leading by example – practising taekwondo since 1997 he is currently a 5th Dan Master Black Belt. Having competed with the Irish National Team at international level for 10 years he now coaches up and coming players through his own local club.
Bobby’s passion in life is coaching others to lead a healthier lifestyle. His specialities are functional programming, physique conditioning, fat loss, metabolic conditioning, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and strength & conditioning.

Chris graduated out of Waterford Institute of Technology with a BA (Hons) degree in Exercise and Health Studies in 2013. Chris is a recognised personal trainer under Reps Ireland and European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA).
Chris has been working as a personal trainer and gym instructor for over 5 years. He has a vast experience with all types of clients from semi-professional athletes to older adults. He has worked with hundreds of people as part of fitness classes and personal training.
While Chris relishes the opportunity to work with all recreational gym users, he especially likes working with athletes, developing sport specific programs and challenging them to improve specific areas of their game. Chris also likes to work with focused and determined beginners.
Chris is a very motivated person, always willing to learn more and share his knowledge with his clients. He enjoys empowering his clients to become healthier and achieve their goals, long-term.
