Bobby Enright

I have successfully run a Personal Training business since 2018. These are some of my qualifications:

  • BSc Hons Health & Leisure with Athletic Performance
  • Precision Nutrition Sports and Exercise nutrition
  • REPS Ireland Gym Instructor
  • REPS Group Fitness Instructor
  • Olympic Weightlifting
I have worked with a diverse amount of clients with varying goals. These clients vary from first-time gym users to experienced athletes to rehabilitation clients post physio.
My newest found passion is in the sport of bodybuilding. I train the majority of the days in the week and love every second of each session.
My philosophy is that life offers constant opportunities to build knowledge through experience and education. This can be used to enhance the well-being of his clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support and guidance required to inspire them on their journey to a healthier balanced life.

Mike Henderson

Fitness and Conditioning Coach

I’m a 1:1 Coach that that is passionate about Muscle Grain, Fat Loss, Strength and Conditioning, I also coach Muay Thai and Boxing.
Train well and live well. When you come into the gym to train, your best approach is to train smart and get the best out of it.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2012, I have been working in the fitness industry since, I got to travel with my Qualifications, where I lived and worked in Australia, and being a trainer is something I really enjoy.

  • Gym instructor with F.E.T.A.C & The American Council on Exercise.
  • Personal Trainer with F.E.T.A.C.
  • Suspension Training.
  • Precision Nutrition Sports and Exercise Nutrition Qualified.

Greg

Greg successfully ran his own business as a Fitness coach for over 3 years before joining the Peak Performance Academy team. He graduated from the Institute of Technology Tralee with a BSc (Hons)  degree in Health and Leisure with Athletic Performance.

Greg has worked with a diverse amount of clients with varying goals. His clientele has varied from first-time gym users interested in losing weight to experienced athletes interested in improving overall performance in their chosen sport.
Gregs philosophy is that life offers constant opportunities to build knowledge through experience and education. This can be used to enhance the well-being of his clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support and guidance required to inspire them on their journey to a healthier life.

Mike O’Donnell

I am an enthusiastic and driven fitness coach specialising in 1:1 coaching and online coaching.
What motivates me as a coach is providing the highest standard of coaching possible through a science based approach to training and nutrition to help you achieve your goals.

Linda Dineen

Personal Trainer specialising in Female Training & Nutrition
